Aryeh’s Kitchen (AK) is a project I consulted with during 2016. AK is the only kosher food truck in Tennessee. Their kitchen produces the only kosher meat product served in Nashville. I developed their menu, recipes, guidelines and ordering procedures. This is a very special entity. The food truck is made out of a 1970 Airstream camper and customized to be able to produce hundreds of meals a day from its kitchen. With being Kosher certified, it comes with strict guidelines following food handling and food safety. Ken and Zack Freeling are the owners and have a world class business.
