Working with Creation Gardens and many talented local chefs to cook for the public in support of the Music City Bowl. There were 8 hickory flamed cooking stations that provided over 30 different options for visitors to Nashville. The action took place on 4th and Broadway and several thousand people enjoyed fire roasted meats and vegetables. It was a great time of hospitality and friendship shared with the visiting fans and tourists. Some chefs included: Pat Isbey from his new restaurant “Preservation”, Edgar Pendly / Urban Grub, Mike Sullivan / Creekstone Beef, Kirk McDaniel, Hrant Arakelian, Andrew Whitney/ M-Street, Jason Brumm, and excellent professionals from Creation Gardens and Black Hawk Beef.
