I am currently working with the owners of The Platform to build their company and list of clients. Charles and Irene Bradley share my vision that to grow a staff is challenging but rewarding. I am currently building training manuals, skills assessments and processes to educate our team to provide Nashville with a quality staffing solution. Our workers will go thru an orientation involving: sanitation, safety, anti harassment data and occupational valuation before they start work. We feel this is the best way to insure that hospitality establishments will continue to grow and work together with the Platform for years to come. We are currently looking for all Food and Beverage associates.
